Big room with private bathroom and living room

Ground floor duplex in Bushwick. 4 Bedrooms. Top floor rooms are rented now up freeing up is the downstairs/basement living room, bedroom and half a bathroom (without shower). There are two rooms, and the one that's being rented is the larger one with access to the backyard. It has a small window but it does fit an AC. And this space really is as private as it gets. You basically will have the whole floor to yourself.

Not sure what I will do with the smaller room at the moment but it's negotiable if you need a studio-type space. Or I will just keep it as a guest room or storage. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor and a half bathroom on the bottom floor.

The apartment features hardwood flooring and really high ceilings. The room can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, desk, dresser and a table. This room comes with a queen-size bed and mattress, TV, dresser, a small couch in the living room. There is also backyard space where we grill and grow plants in the summer. Apartment is located within a few blocks from the L at Jefferson, M at Central Ave and JMZ at Myrtle Ave.
