Room in large two story duplex!

Looking to fill a furnished room (or unfurnished if you wish) in large two floor apartment ASAP, conveniently located just two blocks from the Gates Avenue J train station. The room is cozy while the apartment itself has ample amounts of space, and while the photos show an empty room it will have a full size bed for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with full kitchen, dining area, living room, and TWO full bathrooms! We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household all in our late 20's / early 30's, searching for someone in the same age bracket that is well mannered with stable income.

You will share the space with myself and two others. We mostly keep to ourselves in our rooms, but we encourage you to take advantage of common spaces as much as possible - note that there is space for additional furniture that you may have in the living room area. The previous tenant also left up shelving, which can be removed if you prefer. You will also have your own closet along with space in our "bonus room", which we share for any additional storage.

Additionally, this is a rent by owner apartment, meaning we don't deal with a big conglomerate real estate company. Our landlords live just below us on the first two levels. They are friendly and extremely attentive to any repair needs or concerns that we may have.
