The apartment is a true 2 bedroom unit with a A/C and heating, free WiFi, a decent sized living room in between, large bedroom closets and a balcony. This is a new apartment so me and my current roommate were the first tenants so all the appliances are 1 year old and the layout and aesthetic is pretty modern. The apartment is in a luxury building full of amenities including a gym, laundry room, and a rooftop deck. Room is large enough to fit a full sized bed and a desk comfortably. My roommate is willing to leave his full sized bed and desk to make moving out easier for him if you aren't looking to buy new furniture/move yours.
