Room in QTPOC Household

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to move in asap!

THE ROOM:
$925/month, plus gas/electric/internet, appx. $1000 total. Has a two-door closet in the room. Current roommate has space for a queen sized bed, dresser, and mirror. Room would be unfurnished upon move-in.

THE APARTMENT:
In the Bushwick area, across the street from a grocery store and laundromat, and around the corner from a bougie cafe. 5 mins to the Haley J, 10 to the Rockaway C. The three of us would share a living room and kitchen. The hall bathroom would be only shared between the two roommates. No pets allowed. Lease would be signed in March. Credit check is required by the landlord, and guarantors are accepted.

THE ROOMMATES:
Both are queer and nonbinary black people from Brooklyn. We're looking for someone who is at least semi-knowledgable and respectful of trans/queer identities and experiences?someone who doesn?t expect/require constant explaining. Other POC are preferred, but we are open to anyone. New Yorkers will be prioritized, of course.
