AVAILABLE MARCH 1 thru APRIL 15---Two bedroom Jefferson L train stop apartment literally on top of the L train. 3 min walk to either Jefferson or Dekalb stops. Great apt for reading and screening and cooking and eating. :) NOT A PARTY SPOT. 55" Roku TV in living room and BOTH BEDROOMS BOAST projectors for supreme show binging and movie watching. Small kitchen with adequate counter space and the full implements of someone who cooks well and often. AGAIN NOT A SPOT TO HAVE GATHERINGS, ESP TO BRING PEOPLE OVER AFTER THE BAR.
