My name is Brit! I have a three bedroom available starting May 1st and would like to have One strong co-tenant to join the lease with me.

I really want someone who is laid back, busy, clean, responsible and peaceful. The landlords are quite flexible as long as the rent is paid on time.
To be on the lease you must have a credit score of 750 and up, and have strong proof of income, otherwise a guarantor will need to co-sign your portion of the rent.

This space has hardwood floors throughout the home and is an older building, so the need to be clean and considerate is very important

The available room is a bit bigger than 8'3'' by 13' 2'' also has its own entrance from the rest of the apartment.

I will be showing the apartment as much as I can in between my busy schedule.
