Central Bushwick Room for Rent

This ad is for a short term tenant. I will be traveling this fall-spring so I am looking for someone to take my place and share half the rent while I’m away (October-April) but those dates are flexible.

The room is fully furnished, on the 2nd floor of a 6 unit multi-family building. Large windows with lots of natural light, large kitchen/living room. My room is on the other end of the unit so plenty of privacy.

My roommate, who you will be rooming with, is a doctor working at a local hospital. She is very kind and easy going. We are looking for a similarly kind and well kept roommate to share half the rent.

The area is great, a block from the M at Knickerbocker and about 3 from the L at Dekalb. Lots of bars and restaurants, central bushwick, you can walk to anything you’ll need.
