I?m looking to rent the 2nd bedroom in my fab 2 bedroom Bushwick apartment. The bedroom is freshly painted with a big closet, 2 windows that get lots of sun. hardwood floors throughout the whole apartment. The renter also gets an additional closet in the hall for their personal use. The living room is comfortable and great for lounging after a long day. My plants and 2 cats are thriving...kitchen is recently renovated with new appliances. It?s super convenient- 2 minute walk to the M/J Trains and all sorts of restaurants, shops and 24 hr laundromat. Really must be seen to be appreciated! Utilities are $150.00 including internet. I work days ( and have been working from home most days recently) and like things kinda quiet at night. I?m looking for someone responsible and who wants an apartment share for long term ( I would like at least a year but if you can commit to 6 months I can work with that) I believe a little communication goes a long way!
