Looking for someone who doesn't party in the apt, who's open-minded and very clean (knows when to do dishes, take out the trash, etc).

The roommates are two women in their 30s originally from CA. When the city goes back to normal, we're usually working opposite schedules in photo production and the restaurant industry. We enjoy spending our free time reading, checking out museums and everything NYC has to offer.

RENT IS: $1100, plus utilities $80-$90 a month, includes wireless internet.
$2200 to move in: first-month rent plus one month's security deposit
Needs to be able to sign a 1-year lease starting July 1st (June 15th is an option with prorated rent, but deposit remains at $1100)
