I have a room available in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Bushwick. It is close to the train station and close to grocery stores. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor of the building. Very safe building! I have lived here for two years now and loved it very much. Floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior is modern. (There is a microwave and dishwasher in the apartment that was later put in.) Although your room comes unfurnished, I might have a twin bed available.
You are allowed to have a pet, of course.
Please message me if you are interested in viewing the apartment in person. I am more than happy to show it in person--given that you wear a mask.
There is not a 12-month lease requirement for this apartment, however, I would prefer someone who is staying for a minimum of 6 months. I am looking for someone to move in on July 1st.
