Master bedroom for rent

I'm currently looking for a new roommate. Move in is for June 15-July 1. The room for rent is a master bedroom. It has it's own full bath and nice size closet. The apt is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, built in microwave and dishwasher. Parks, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. L train Jefferson or Dekalb stops are very close to the apt. Supermarket is up the block and laundry mat is on the corner. Overall this is a pretty cool neighborhood and I really love living here. I'm an essential worker, a concierge for a condominium building. I would like my new roomate to be chill, clean, responsible, and have good communication. We can be friends or just roommates that are cordial. The master bedroom is 1,150 monthly, and a 12 month lease. Landlord is asking for 1 month rent, 1 month security and decent credit.
