1 Large Room available in 4 bedroom Duplex

Hello,

I have a private room available in a 4 bedroom duplex. The room available is on the 1st floor at the back with access to the yard and has a large closet. There is one other bedroom upstairs at the front of the apartment and the other two are downstairs (basement). Access to the house is on the "upstairs", so it is a duplex down. There are technically two common living room spaces, one is used as a living room (upstairs) and the other is used for storage and a workout area. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. You would be living mostly with 2 guys and sometimes with 1 girl (she has rarely been here since March due to the Pandemic when she went home to be with family)
I am looking for someone to take over my room starting August 1st to September 31st. I know that two of the current tenants are looking to stay so the option to sign on for another year is available but would need to be discussed with current roommates.

Apartment is close to the Knickerbocker M line and the Dekalb L line. Also about 15 minutes to the J. Close to grocery stores, Maria Hernandez park, shopping, and bars (all are currently outside spots now though). Also close to a number of bus stops.

It is technically unfurnished but I am moving overseas and am selling my furniture so if you are interested in what is left than I have no problem discussing that.

The dog in the photo is mine, so will be moving out with me. The apartment is pet friendly though.
