Less than a 5 minute walk to the M at Central Ave or the J at Kosciuszko Street, and about a 10-minute walk to the L at DeKalb Ave. Bedroom faces a quiet street and gets a great amount of natural light. The room measures 12? by 8? and has a closet. Fits a full-size bed comfortably with room for extra furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building.

Rent is $950/month. You would be signing on to a 1-year lease. First month and security due at signing. No fee for application/credit check.

Shared washer/dryer in the basement (with only 5 units in the whole building, we have rarely run into an issue when the machines are in use)
Central air and heat (we rarely ever had to use the heat in the wintertime because of the building?s insulation - savings!)

Pandemic notwithstanding, there are a lot of great bars, restaurants, and other small businesses nearby. Two supermarkets, both 5 minutes away. Blink gym and Walgreens about 10 minutes away. We?re a stone?s throw from Williamsburg for even more.

We?re very chill and tend to keep the apartment relatively quiet, particularly in these strange times. Both of us are currently working from home.
