Person Needed To Take Over Lease

I?m looking to find someone to take over the lease for my bedroom in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. My bedroom comfortably fits a full size bed, dresser, closet/wardrobe, and a small desk. The bathroom has a tub (it?s the only room in the apartment with a tub instead of a shower). The building was recently renovated, so all appliances and interior finishes are new. There is laundry and a small fitness area with 2 treadmills, mats, a bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. in the basement. It?s a 5 minute walk to the L/M lines at the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop, with a deli on the corner two supermarkets and a liquor store less than a 5 minute walk away. Only two bedrooms (mine and my female roommate?s) are currently occupied due to the pandemic making it difficult to get new tenants, so it?s pretty spacious and will likely remain that way for the next several months.
