Hi All, Thanks for checking out this posting! We have a room available n our 4bedroom/2 bathroom multi-level apartment on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor walk-up building. The room is on the bottom level. The location is A+, everything you could want is nearby and multiple train lines are really close. Laundry is a block away. The address is 29 Beaver St. BK 11206. Map it. Google it :) This is a month to month lease and you will sign a sublease. The rent is $875/month Utilities (which includes, con-edison, national grid, optimum wifi, con-edison) fluctuates every month but is usually between $50 to $100) You will need a Venmo account to pay your portion of the bill. Deposit is $875, and that is paid to the roommate who is moving out. when you leave, the roommate that replaces you, will pay you your deposit back? You have a view of the school and the park that are directly across the street. Apartment Details: *This apartment has 2 bathrooms. As such the top floor bathroom is the primary bathroom for 2 people in the apt and the downstairs bathroom is your primary
bathroom to share with another roommate. *There is temperature control which is great for hot summer days and cold winter nights *there is a gas stove The roommates all pretty much just keep to themselves and
may see each other when cooking. This is a good place if you want somewhere to relax from the city. We welcome all walks of life regardless of race, gender identity or sexual preference. That stuff doesn?t matter to us, all we care is that you pay your bills on time, clean up after yourself, be respectful to the other roommates, and
share in spending for the shared community stuff like dish soap, garbage bags, sponges and stuff. Existing Roommate Details:
