Looking for a new roommate to fill an open bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment for a 1 year lease.

I?ve been living here for two years now and have no complaints! Rarely are there problems with appliances and the building in general. Overall, this apartment is very light filled, peaceful, and has good energy to it : )
Rent is $1150 each per month, plus utilities which can range from $60-$100 each a month depending on the time of year.
Must be able to put down three months rent up front (first month + last month + security deposit)
About the apartment:
This is similar to a railroad style apartment except both bedrooms are on opposite ends of the place so each room gets a good amount of privacy. It?s on the third and top floor so it's quiet. The shared space, i. e. kitchen/living room, is one very long narrow room with super high ceilings and a really beautiful big skylight (benefits of being on the top floor!). There?s one bathroom that?s shared and has a full shower/bath.
About the bedroom available:
The bedroom is really large with high ceilings and two giant windows that face the front of the building on the street. This is also the larger bedroom of the 2, but that doesn?t affect the cost of the rent. It?s approximately 13 1/2? x 12 1/2?. It also has a big closet with lots of room for storage at the top. The bedroom is currently painted a light grey but can be painted another color upon moving in, if desired. There?s a heater installed in the room that came with the apartment.
About the location:
This is located in a prime area of Bushwick with everything and anything you need within a 1/2 mile radius of the place. The closest train is the L at the Dekalb stop and it?s literally right on the corner, so half a block. There?s also the M at the Knickerbocker stop that?s about a 6-7 minute walk away. In short walking distance: 5 grocery stores, a million coffee shops and bars, Maria Hernandez Park, Cleveland Park, post office, UPS drop-off, 2 laundromats, dry cleaning, ect. Although this place is located in a popular area, the apartment is not on a main street so it tends to stay nice and quiet.

I come from an arts background and have been living in New York for almost 4 years now. I love food and cooking. I have one cat who?s pretty random but very friendly. I?d consider myself more introverted than extroverted and like to keep to myself but also go out a lot so am not home 24/7.
