Queen Sized Bedroom in Bushwick!

Hi! My roommate and I have an open bedroom in our second (top) floor apartment in Bushwick! On a quiet, residential street with lots of trees.
The common space of the apartment gets plants of natural light in the day. Our kitchen is huge, and fully equipped. It also comes with a dishwasher. Living room is fully furnished with room for more personalization!
The bedroom itself can fit a queen sized bed, and has a closet and skylight. The whole apartment has 12ft ceilings. The bathroom is just shared with one other person.
About us! I work as a pastry cook/baker in Bushwick and have wacky hours. When I?m home I?m usually just decompressing, or baking/cooking! Nicole is an executive assistant currently working from home. She has an 11 year old Dachshund named Hercules and we love him. We?re clean, low-key, and are looking for someone responsible that we can get along with!
The room is available ASAP, $890/mo + utilities. Security deposit, income proof + decent credit please! Guarantors accepted. Lease ends 2/1 with room to re-sign!
