Room in 4Br 2Ba Bushwick Apartment

We are looking for a fourth roommate for our 4 bedroom 2 bath duplex in Bushwick, a few (2-3) blocks to the Central M and the Dekalb L. The new lease starts on September 1st but the room is currently empty, so move-in date could be flexible. The apartment has:

Central A/C & heat
Dishwasher
Balcony
Elevator
Gym and laundry in building
Large rooftop

The bedroom is on the top floor, is the largest in the apartment, and features 3 large windows and a not small closet. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen, a living room, and a balcony overlooking the street. The bottom floor also has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a reading nook with a giant bean bag. The A/C heat can be temperature set individually for each room.

We are three early to mid 20?s professionals, 2 women, and one guy, who understand the importance of getting work done, but like to have fun on the weekends. We really love the apartment and the surrounding area - Maria Hernandez Park, easy access to multiple grocery stores, great food (The Wheelhouse, Momo Sushi, Burger It Up are some of my favorites).
