The house is one of the brick raw houses on Hancock only 2 blocks away from the subway L train at Halsey. We are the owners of the house and just renovated everthing including the kitchen, bathrooms, etc..

The room is huge (15' x 11') and overlooks the backyard. High ceiling (9.5'), exposed bricks, very quiet and bright. It is $1,050 per month and there is an extra $50 for utilities and high speed internet.
