Beautiful and perfectly located Bushwick apartment

Been paying for this beautiful apartment without the need to use it much so hoping someone can enjoy it for the remaining duration of the lease. I pay $1200 a month so listing it at a discount. Depending on when you apply I'll pro-rate August rent accordingly.

The room fits a full sized mattress (can include a Sleep Number for duration of sublet contract) and a desk + office chair comfortably and includes a personal bathroom + shower. I'm a neat freak whose been quarantining to a high degree of safety so rest assured that the space is taken care of.

I have two roommates but only one will be living in the apartment for the rest of the lease. He has the basement bedroom which has its own entrance so the apartment really feels like you have it to yourself.

Literally steps away from the M (Central ave. stop) and not a far walk (5-10 mins) to the L. Close to some of the best food and nightlife Bushwick has to offer while just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like a nice quiet neighborhood.
