Room available Sept 1 in sunny Bushwick apartment

We are looking for a friendly and considerate person to join our small, bright apartment in Bushwick. The room is available Sept 1, and on a 12-mo. lease through Aug 2021. Rent is $725/mo., plus security deposit, $20 application fee, and monthly utilities.

The room is roughly 8' x 10.5' including a closet. It has a skylight, but no other windows. The apartment is furnished but the bedroom is not.

You'd be living in a 4-person apartment on the top (third) floor of our building, with a skylight providing natural light in the living room. We have central heating & a/c, a dishwasher, 1.5 bathrooms, we compost, and we (unofficially) have access to our roof. Close to bars/coffee, laundromats, corner stores, a four minute walk to the L (Wilson) and a thirteen minute walk to the J (Chauncy).

Roommates are me (Emily), a theater producer, actor, and administrator; Cynthia, a custom framer, visual artist, and skateboard enthusiast; and a photographer Rahul. We also have a full-time cat (Ryoki) and a part-time dog (Precious).
