We are two early 30's females working in television & fashion design.
We are clean, don't bring the party home, financially stable, considerate and looking for the same in a new roommate.
The apartment is fully furnished & decorated with everything you may need, so we are looking for someone with little to no common space furniture.
Move in by OCT 1st or sooner might be able to be arranged.
