Amazing 2bd/1.5ba Lease

I need to downsize due to Covid and I am looking for someone to take over the lease on my amazing 2bd/1.5ba apartment. I have been here 2 years and I am so sad to be leaving.

2 HUGE bedrooms with real closets and big windows. The front bedroom has a private entrance, and is all white. The back bedroom is a tiny tiny bit smaller and has a light blue accent wall and is light grey. For size reference in the back (slightly smaller) bedroom I have a full size bed, desk, dresser, end table, and armchair with space to still fill with houseplants and space to walk around.

Full kitchen with a dishwasher, one bathroom has a huge soaking tub and shower, the other is a half bath with a sink, big mirror, and toilet.

Pet friendly! The space is perfect for a couple who want an office space or a family with kids.

The lease takeover would be formal through the landlord so only a $20 application fee would apply, Credit/Income required.
