The house is one of the brick raw house on Hancock only 2 blocks away from the subway at Halsey. We are the owners of the house and just renovated everthing including the kitchen, bathrooms, etc..

The room is large, exposed brick and the window is a brand new skylight that lets lot of light in and can be opened and closed at will. High ceiling, very quiet and bright. It is $700 and there is an extra $50 for utilities and high speed internet.
