Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and responsible subleaser. Room is furnished with a full size ikea day bed. You would need to take over the lease until July. There is potential to renew lease after July. The apartment is a 4 BR apt in Bushwick with central AC, 2 bathrooms, and renovated kitchen. Right near the J, Z, A, C, L trains. Building has laundry, gym, bike room, and rooftop access. Roommates are all females in their early twenties, and super sweet and respectful. All utility bills and WiFi are shared, and come out to less than $100 per month per roommate. The rent is $800 per month.
