Cute Treehouse Room - December 1 - 1 month or more

We are looking to sublet one room in our big but cozy 3 bedroom apartment. The cozy tree house room comes with twin bed, closet, desk and a night stand. Sheets, towels and pillows are provided. Please note that all clutter will be taken out of this room as the person currently living in this room is moving to another room in the apartment. The ceilings are somewhat low. The apartment is on the third floor and is a walk up. The bathroom is clean and stocked. The kitchen is clean and also stocked.

We are planning on leaving at the end of 2020 so please note there is not a ton of furniture in the house. We are looking for one person to take over our roommate’s room who is leaving early. We are looking for someone that understands COVID-19 bubble rules and is safe, clean and courteous. We are on a month to month lease and if you’d like to to sign a new lease with your own roommates - we can introduce you to the landlord. Also, if you’re interested in one of the bigger room - let us know. We can likely accommodate that. Room can be as furnished as you like.

$850 including utilities for December. $250 security deposit.
