2 medium sized rooms available. One of them has backyard access. Can fit full bed and a desk pretty easily. Good-sized closets.

The roommates are chill, respectful, clean, etc. I’m a teacher and graduate student. I work from home half the time, in-person half the time. The other roommate works full-time in sales/design (in person). Her room is in the basement and she has a cat.

There is a large shared living space with couch, coffee table, tv. Kitchen is pretty big with lots of storage and a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the building.

L train and B20, B60 buses nearby. There’s some bars, restaurants, take-out, delis, etc. There’s a small park a few blocks away and a small music venue (temporarily closed).
