Huge 3br apt with high ceilings, chandelier and a dishwasher right by the park and super close to the L and M trains. The bedroom available has 2 windows facing east that allow plenty of natural light, a closet and exposed brick from where the fireplace used to be when the building was originally built. Beautiful room in a great location for a really reasonable price. The room is month-to-month. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. No credit check required. We're looking for someone to move in Jan 1st or sooner.
Who are we? One female and one male in our 30s who live in the other 2 rooms here. We cook, clean and keep to ourselves for the most part. It is usually quiet around here. Very chill vibes. LGBTQ+ friendly. There is one cute tiny cat named Bella who might wander in your room occasionally and try to be your bud. If that's not your thing, no sweat, you can just close the door and her feelings won't be hurt :)
