About the apartment:
- rent is $792 + ~$50 bills (optimum, coned, natgrid)
- $775 deposit
- lease takeover to end July 31st 2021
(Or we can arrange a sublease)
- top floor of a 3 apartment building
- no rental company involved; local landlord has owned building for 2 decades.
- you would be moving in with 2 late 20's cis POC men and 1 POC mid 20's POC cis woman. All are pretty private and spend much time working/ studying in rooms
- large cozy living space!
- cleanliness in shares space is a top priority
- a block away from 2 bodegas, 2 blocks away from a park, laundromat, restaurants.
-no washer or dryer

About the room:
- 1 windows facing the street
- beautiful french doors
- spacious closet
- will only need to share restroom with one roommate
