Beautiful Bushwick Avenue Apt

Quiet, Covid-conscious, book-oriented apartment seeks occupant! I’m 45 and work with comics and graphic novels and have lived in Brooklyn for about 15 years. We will share a combined kitchen/living room in this two bedroom apartment on beautiful Bushwick Ave, mere steps from the Gates stop on the J train. Culture in general has always been a big part of life in this apartment and I welcome anything that someone else might have to bring to the table. I teach and mostly work from home even during non-pandemic times, so mutual respect towards maintaining a shared productive space has always been part of life here, too. The available bedroom in this two bedroom apartment is approximately 10x13 with very high ceilings, a big window, and lots of storage space. I have Jan 1 listed as the move in date, but if it’s helpful to move in earlier or later we can certainly do that too. I can keep the space open until Feb 1 if necessary. Heat and water are included.
