Leaving my apartment but my remaining roommate negotiated 3 free months on a new lease. The total is 2500 but with the discount, only 1875 net, meaning you can get a great deal on a room that used to be up to 900 dollars. I listed 650 but honestly it can be lower depending on how you discuss the rate with my remaining roomie.

There are two large rooms, one with a fire escape and a loft built by a former roommate, and another with a little extra space granted by the curve of the building. Common area with enough space for a couch and TV, or perhaps a dining table if you prefer. Central a/c comes through clutch in the summer.

There is a smaller room that lacks a window but does have a skylight. Basically you have an opportunity to save a lot with two roommates and can negotiate on room price with the current one, or you could split half down the middle short term or long term and use the extra room for whatever.
