Room for Rent in Bushwick $900+ Utilities

ROOMMATE NEEDED ASAP

We have 1 bedroom available (in a 3 bedroom unit). Move in ASAP to end of September 2021, with the option of leasing for next year.

Requirements to move in is first month and security deposit. Utilities are NOT included in rent.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. 1 bedroom at the front and 2 at the back. 1 bathroom is shared between 2 roommates and the other is a private bathroom. This is for a 12 month lease with the option of renewing for next year. You are replacing a roommate that is moving out. Currently it’s me and the other roommate is a guy, that you will be sharing the bathroom with. This is a short term lease with the option to be long term when renewed.

The bedroom that’s available is in the front of the apartment facing the street. Room will be unfurnished, in the photo is a queen size bed, with room for other furniture. Room also has closet space.

There is a cat living with us, she’s very friendly, however we can only have 1 pet here since she’s not great with other pets.
