2 private rooms for rent. Both $800 each with one half months rent free. The rooms are single person spacious, with a full bathroom and one half bathroom. It’s located in a great area with plenty of bars, and breweries, and local restaurants. It’s not to far from the L train, and M/J trains.
I myself have lived in this apartment for 4 years. I’m clean, and quiet. I mostly stay in my room watching movies. I work as a handyman right now, and respect peoples space.
