Bedroom available in a Bushwick Brownstone

We have one open room ready for move in. Ideally you will be able to join the lease on June 1st.
The apartment is located minutes from the Halsey J, Halsey L and Wilson L. It is also surrounded by great delis, bars and parks.
Inside the kitchen and living room are fully stocked and furnished. There is a washer and dryer in unit and one and a half bathroom.
The current two roommates are professional women who are quiet throughout the week and pretty laid back but love to have a good time on the weekends. We sometimes entertain or go out to local bars together.
We ask that you have steady income, are laid back, quiet during mornings and weeknights (as we both work from home), smoke outdoors or with the windows open. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions if you’re interested.
