Room For Rent

Hi all - I am actively looking for someone to sublease my room from June 1st (flexible move in) . Lease can be extended from July 31st if you wish.

The room has a queen size bed with new mattress, 4 drawer dresser; and a new window AC. This room  has a deep closet and a storage unit just outside the room for your use. Just bring your luggage!!!

The monthly rent is $700 (this is reduced price which is a steal) a month with a deposit of $775. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the lease, or you can have the option to sign on for a year lease with the landlord.

It is a 4br/ 2 bath and your roommates would be 2 men and 1 female. Roomate’s are chill and are respectful of each other’s privacy.  It is a 3 unit building in a quiet neighborhood in Bushwick, located between the Halsey J stop, the Wilson L stop and is directly across the street from a B26 bus stop. There are two parks within 2 blocks from here, also.
