2 Rooms - $650/$600, Oct 1

Hi! My name is Caroline. I’m 28. I live in a one-story walk-up in an awesome townhouse in Bushwick. Have a great relationship with the nicest landlord ever, so that’s why we pay basically nothing for such a large space. There are 4 bedrooms total and I am looking for 2 roommates to occupy 2 of the rooms because 2 of us are moving back home with our parents. (Yeah, it’s sad. COVID sucked.) It is $650 each for rent - for one of the bedrooms with windows. There is another bedroom with no windows that is $600. I’ve lived in it and the current person who lives in it did for the last 2 years - its not bad at all. if you love to sleep in? definitely for you. It gets hot in the summer but she didn’t mind with the fan, and I slept on the couch under the AC when I was in it.

If you are seriously interested, please respond to the following questions to be considered as a potential roomie! We are extremely down to earth and easy to live with. We are looking for people who are willing to contribute to helping out with the place and who aren’t just looking out for themselves/their space. Shared house with shared responsibilities.

Please also let me know if you don’t mind taking the $600 room with no windows if the other one becomes unavailable!
