Hey there! We're looking for a third roommate to sign a 1 year lease starting July 1 in our Bushwick apartment! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, that has super high ceilings, a dishwasher, AC in each room, and washer/dryer in the basement! We also have roof access that comes with an incredible view! Our place is also VERY close to a number of stops on the subway. (5 minute walk to the J, less than 10 to the L!) You'd be sharing a bathroom with one person, and the bedroom you'd be taking would be unfurnished, but with a small but capable closet! You need to be approved by our landlord (credit check, etc.) but guarantors are also accepted; we're looking forward to hearing from you!
