I am looking for a roommate to take over a bedroom in my 3 bed 2 bath apartment. The room requires a deposit of $1800 and is available to move in February 1.

I am a professional in my 30's, very clean and tidy, friendly, funny, very 420 friendly, and looking for someone who shares those qualities. Our other roommate is also in his 30's, works at a non-profit.

About the neighborhood:

* Bedstuy/Bushwick area
 a walk away from the J/M/Z at Myrtle Ave and Broadway
* Close to Supermarket
* Close to 24 hour laundromat

* Close to cafes, stores, and bars

About the room:

$900/month + utilities: 10'x12'. Fits up to a queen sized bed with additional room for a dresser and a desk, has a small closet. You'll share the bathroom with one other person
