- Renting my extra room in a Loft Style bright apt with a huge backyard. The room has its own entrance, full size bed with drawers, desk. The room doesn't get direct sunlight, but the rest of the apt is very bright. On the first floor of a two family house, with the door to the backyard.

- One block away from the Jefferson L, close to all, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Maria Hernandez Park.

- Looking for someone respectful, clean friendly but that appreciates privacy. Preferably someone who is busy working and/or studying outside the house. ( I'm working from home lately )

- You'll be sharing the apt with a couple; and a Cat.
I’m 34 yrs old female artist originally from Argentina , Photo retoucher/photographer.
My boyfriend is a 33 yrs old artist, graphic designer and woodworker.
