2 Separate Bedrooms available in a 3 BR Apt

I am looking for “Roommates”, NOT renting out the whole apartment! It is a 3 bedroom apartment. Each of the rooms have different size to it and a different price. Room S is $1200, Room M is $1350 and Room L (w/private bathroom) is $1500. The entire apartment is furnished but no TV. Air conditioning and Internet are included. Electricity is NOT included, it's an extra monthly charge. The building itself has a gym, laundry room, game room and a beautiful rooftop with a nice view, which you would have access to it as well. We are asking for 1 month rent and 1 month security before moving in. Each bedroom is for 1 person only.
