Spacious but cozy apartment in Bushwick/Bedstuy

Hi! My name is Saeli and I’m looking for a roommate for a huge private bedroom with an en suite bathroom, with a tub! The cost of the room includes use of a shared office space that has a long two person desk, a printer, shelving, etc. My current roommate is hoping to leave most of her furniture behind so could inherit a TV, AC, mattress and bed frame (and potentially more) depending on what your heart desires! There’s lot of closet space both in the room and extra storage in the office closet as well. We have a very spacious living room and kitchen with updated fixtures and appliances including a dishwasher (no washer/dryer or other amenities in the building though, although I do have a small portable washer that I’m happy to share). We have a dining table/island and a bar cart as well, and a small entry nook with hooks and a shoe rack! I am the only other tenant in this apartment and am currently a PR professional. I’m a night owl, love to cook, pet friendly, very friendly, and tidy but not overly neat freaky. Looking to renew a year long lease—been in this apartment for over a year and it’s quiet and lovely ☺️ We’re on the second floor but there are only 3 units in the whole building with very friendly neighbors. We’re right between the J and M on the border of Bushwick and Bedstuy and less than a 10 minute walk to heart of Bushwick.
