South-facing and top level (3rd floor walk-up) so gets tons of light all day long, with a great view of the downtown Manhattan skyline.

Amazing location- 5 min walk to the Jefferson L train and 10 min to Knickerbocker M train. Super close to all the best bars, restaurants and clubs of Bushwick (KCBC Brewery, Sea Wolf, El Santo, Three Diamond Door, Heavy Woods, House of Yes, best taco trucks in town etc!)
