Hi all - I am actively looking for someone to sublease my room for feb 1st (flexible move in can move in before then) . its a month to month lease agreement.

4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, room has a built in loft and desk available basically Furnished close to the Halsey J and L trains as well as bar up the street and grocery store 10 minute walk away on broadway.
The monthly rent is $850 a month with a deposit of $(800)

The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your move out with the landlord.

It is a 4br/ 2 bath and your roommates would be 2 men and 1 female. Roomate’s are chill and are respectful of each other’s privacy. It is a 3 unit building in a quiet neighborhood in Bushwick, located between the Halsey J stop, the Wilson L/L halsey stop and is directly across the street from a B26 bus stop. There are two parks within 2 blocks from here, and bar up the street.
