The living room is essentially yours to use. Only on of the roommates uses the kitchen ever. The room has a brand new queen size mattress a desk, a nightstand and a huge closet 5 feet by 2 feet and probably 8 foot high. The room also has an 8 foot window that gets plenty of afternoon sun.

This building is an 100+ years old but has completely renovated a few years ago. It features all modern amenities such as a gym, laundry, bike storage, secured package room, and rooftop access.

The 2 roommates are mid 30s, males and very clean and to themselves. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible and without pets. Thanks for looking. Immediate occupancy preferred.
