One bed with private bath, BedStuy/Bushwick border

I have one bedroom for rent in two bedrooms apartment. Apartment is cute, lots of real bricks 😍 (will be cool in the hot NY summer time). Apartment is super dog friendly (I have my one little one and friends are bringing their puppies sometimes too).
Location is great, minutes to Kosciuszko or Myrtle Station (J, M, Z), lots of places around, best vegan coffee shop ever-Brooklyn Whiskers, and short commute to the city, 15 min to the city (train J, M, Z or a car/Uber 20min).
I’m a cool (I hope so lol) female being in my thirties, just move to this apartment (still bringing my stuff and decorating the space). I’m looking for someone easygoing to live a drama free roommate life. I like to keep my place nice, so I keep it clean, if you don’t care about that much, we won’t be a good much ;)
I don’t mind your friends coming over (backyard helloooo), especially if they have cute little puppies or they cook or bbq ;) you will have provide a proof of income and all that complicated stuff tho :)
