1st month rent and $1000 security deposit are required upon lease-signing. Renters must sign onto a 1-year lease starting June 1st 2022, and ending May 31st, 2023. Proof of income of at least 40x the rent is required by landlord ($40k/yr) and a credit score of at least 680.
