Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, beer garden, 24/7 supermarkets, post office, hospital, yoga studios and more at your fingertips.

Looking for someone super chill, CLEAN, Mature, responsible, respectful, and financially stable. Not looking for large gatherings, crazy parties or drugs in the house.

This is one bedroom in my basement apartment that only accommodates one person. The room is large, it’s furnished with a queen size bed if you'd like. Your own private shower. There is a fridge, sorry no gas stove but there is an electric double burner cooktop, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave and toaster . The space is very private, quiet and spacious. The rent for the room is $1,250 per month including utilities and laundry 🧺.
You would share common areas with one more person who is not around much.

You would need the first month, plus security deposit and welcome qualified Co-signers.
