Bushwick penthouse

I am looking for a new roommate as my roommate is moving in with his girlfriend. I would love someone who is friendly, smoke friendly, LGBTQ friendly, who doesn’t mind gatherings, as I host events sometimes but also I am a professional who knows how to respect our space. I work 100 percent remote, thus my apartment is like an oasis for me. We are like an 8 minute walk from the train, have an amazing view of the city, laundry in the basement, and master bedroom comes furnished with a mattress, bedframe and a desk and has its own private bathroom. The only thing we would need is a couch and a kitchen table because my roommate is taking those when he leaves. I can give roommate reference as well! I have two chihuahuas who are also part of the package.
