Seeking a roommate to fill out a three bedroom Bushwick apartment!

Apartment includes central heat/AC; dishwasher; full shared bathroom; roof access (and an incredible skyline); and a shared kitchen and living room with an entertainment system and movie collection. The room also has a closet, a queen size lofted bed frame (custom built, all the bedrooms have one), and a free wall-mounted TV, with a workspace under the bed that's been wired with a high speed ethernet cable (in addition to wifi).

Utilities average $70-90/mo. Apartment is under lease until Sept 2023 (and I intend to renew), so you only need to sign a basic roommate agreement.

A bit about us – I’m an A/V tech for a rooftop movie theater, and when I'm not at work I spend most of my time in my room. The other room is occupied by a student couple.
