BUSHWICK Sublease available from April-end of August. Private, unfurnished bedroom with two windows (back facing), private full bathroom in the room, and walk in closet! Hardwood floors, exposed brick and fire escape. Room is big! I have a full bed, two dressers, a full length mirror, and a dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space! Right off the Dekalb L train. No laundry in building, but there are two laundromats right downstairs with coin machines. There is also a coffee shop with bagels right downstairs.

Apartment is shared with one female (20’s) and each of you have your own bathroom alongside the rooms being at opposite ends of the apartment. Kitchen is good sized with brand new stove/oven and an island with bar stools. Common space will remain furnished with room in the kitchen for your own kitchen items.

Rent is $1300 a month which is a steal right now! Other utilities would include gas, electricity and wifi (heat/hot water included)

Would need subleaser to sign a sublease and put down $1250 security deposit (potentially returned upon move out if warranted).

Preferred tenant would be sober or okay with not having alcohol in the apartment and relatively clean (does dishes, takes garbage out, etc) No pets please (unless it’s a tank animal)
